Wir suchen einen Consultant Communications (m/w/x), der unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Kommunikationsstrategien begleitet. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden gestalten Sie Positionierungen, steuern Kommunikationsprozesse und sorgen dafür, dass Themen in relevanten Medien, politischen und gesellschaftlichen Debatten sichtbar werden.

Über die Position
Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung unserer Kunden in Fragen der strategischen Kommunikation und Positionierung sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien
- Ausarbeitung von Botschaften, Narrativen und Kommunikationskonzepten
- Verfassen von Pressemitteilungen, Fachbeiträgen, Reden, Statements, Interviews und Social-Media-Inhalten
- Aufbau und Pflege von Medienkontakten sowie aktive Platzierung von Themen in relevanten Medien
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Briefings und Kommunikationsunterlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Planung und Begleitung von Pressegesprächen, Veranstaltungen sowie Stakeholder-Formaten
- Eigenständige Steuerung von Arbeitspaketen und Verantwortung für Teilprojekte.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Kommunikations-, Politik-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Fachgebieten
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Kommunikationsberatung, PR-Agentur, Unternehmenskommunikation, politischen Institution oder vergleichbarem Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich strategische Kommunikation, Public Affairs oder Corporate Communications
- Erfahrung in der Medienarbeit und idealerweise ein belastbares Netzwerk zu Journalist:innen und relevanten Medienvertreter:innen
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für politische, gesellschaftliche und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Analytische Denkweise, konzeptionelle Stärke und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamorientierung
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
